Online Profile Deletion 

Important note: deleting your profile using this form will NOT reset your password. If you need help with a password or cannot access your online banking, please use the Forgot Login page instead. 

The Valley State bank values your privacy. If you wish to delete your online banking profile (the profile you use to log in to our online banking system and our mobile app), please complete the form below. 

Your information will be reviewed and a Valley State Bank team member will contact you for further verification within 3 business days. 

Please note that when your profile is deleted after you submit this form: 

  • You will no longer be able to log in to online banking or the mobile app. 

  • You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted in to receiving electronic statements and/or tax documents, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements and paper tax documents. If you have not downloaded and saved copies of your past electronic statements, you should login and download them before this form is submitted. 

  • Any activity you previously set up within online banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, scheduled or recurring transfers or loan payments, as well as any history for any of these services. When we contact you for verification, we will review specific impacts to you based on the features you use. 

  • Your Valley State Bank financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your online banking profile.
